The terms and conditions detailed below apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Orders

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation (see below).

Your order will be accepted as soon as we have confirmed your order, which is conditional on the availability of the product. If for any reason the product you order is unavailable we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive delivery by contacting our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail, or call us on 01842 764761 Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. If these products have already been dispatched when you contact us you will be advised regarding collection details.

You can also return your Multiyork product up to 7 working days after you have received delivery by contacting our Customer Care department, who will arrange collection from your home. A refund will be issued within 30 days of the initial request to return the product, regardless of whether or not the goods have been collected. When returning goods you should ensure that they are returned to us unused in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them.

Delivery Conditions - Metro and Cabinet

We shall endeavour to deliver your product(s) within a period of 28 days from date of receipt of order (some items may have longer lead times, please take note of the lead times on each of the cabinet and Metro range pages. In the unlikely event that, for whatever reason, this is not possible we shall write and advise you.

Delivery - Footstools

We shall endeavour to deliver your product(s) within a period of 28 days from date of receipt of order. In the unlikely event that, for whatever reason, this is not possible we shall write and advise you. There are three options for delivery 1.Direct to store for collection Free Of Charge, applicable to all footstools 2.Via TNT £9.95, excluding Large Footstools 3.Home Delivery Service £29, applicable to all excluding replacement cover only orders. You can book a date and time convenient to you with the Home Delivery Service.

Product guarantee

All Multiyork cabinet furniture is guaranteed for one year. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged goods

If you believe your goods are of an unsatisfactory quality please immediately contact a member of our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail, or call us on 01842 764761 Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Who will take the necessary action to resolve the situation.

Conditions of sale

All Multiyork furniture sold on this site is subject to these terms and conditions. We would advise you to print and retain a copy for your records. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

Liability

Except for death or personal injury caused by Multiyork's negligent acts or omissions, Multiyork shall only be liable for any loss or damage which is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of this agreement.

Nothing mentioned in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard requirement by law.
